T2055: Folder Hierarchy Merging and Flattening

Most clients support folder hierarchies for mail folders and do not
support them for other object types. Additionally, most clients do not
display folders with non-existing parents. Considering this create
folders list that is most usable for everyone - using folder names
similar to these known from ActiveSync settings in Roundcube or *DAV clients.
