To update database schema please run in Roundcube bin/ directory:
updatedb.sh --package=libkolab --version=<version> --dir=../plugins/libkolab/SQL
[*] Replace <version> with Roundcube version e.g. 0.7.3
[*] Roundcube should be upgraded before plugin upgrades
